There are 2 separate living areas on the ground floor. The main living area features 36" TV with DVD and VCR.

Kitchen features all amenities one would expect from a villa of this standard, and serving hatch through to dining room.
Utility area with washer and dryer.
Separate WC.
Games Room with pool table and air hockey.
Bedroom 1 - Features King Size Bed, Pool Access, Ensuite with roman tub.

Bedroom 2 - King size bed, ensuite.
Bedroom 3 - King size bed, ensuite.
Bedroom 4 - Queen size bed, ensuite.
Bedroom 5 - 2 Twin beds, shares bathroom with bedroom 6.
Bedroom 6 - 2 Twin Beds, shares bathroom with bedroom 5.
Bedroom 7 - Disney Themed Children’s bedroom with double bunkbed (sleeps 4 comfortably).
