There are 2 separate living areas on the ground floor. The main living area features large screen TV complete with DVD and surround sound.

Kitchen features all amenities one would expect from a villa of this standard, as well as breakfast bar.
Utility area with high capacity washers and dryers.
Games Room with full size billiard table, foosball table and slot machine.
